Started in 1996, Damco has clients all round the globe and has offices in Luxembourg, Australia, USA and London apart from its world-class facilities in Faridabad, Hyderabad and Chandigarh in India.Roles & responsibilities: Client handling: Responsible for client farming, account handling & generating business. Managing & getting business from multiple SPOC’s from different clients. Team Lead / Individual Contributor: Leading a team of recruiters as well as handling own individual assigned targets. Revenue Generation Handling End-to-End recruitments. Establishing & maintaining strong relationships with key individuals & clients. Sourcing via various recruitment sources like job portals-naukri & monster, headhunting, networking (social & professional), LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal database etc. Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Managing RPO assignments. Handled volume hiring, middle and senior managerial recruitments. Ensuring the closure of positions within target hire date through rigorous follow-ups.
