In this role I worked primarily with the marketing team to furnish the given processes & flows:• Created real time live dashboards which gave analytical insights to the growth team, assisting to achieve 110% of monthly targets.• Optimized BTL & TTL marketing strategy reviews for stakeholders to target niche customers & prepared reports for specific segments through market research.• Analyzed marketing costs to bring reduction in spends through identifying gaps & finding potential opportunities.
