I currently work as a DevOps Engineer at Silver Touch Technologies Limited . I am responsible for maintaining the servers that are utilized by the company and applying updates and upgrades as needed to the network. When upgrades are needed I supervise contract IT staff in installation of new equipment and completion of all applications installations.When workers have technical problems or issues they know they can rely on me to provide guidance and solutions. I have excellent communication skills and am able to communicate with staff on all levels. My critical thinking and problem solving abilities come into play when I successfully troubleshoot network, hardware Database and software issues.
