With a diverse background in the architecture industry, including expertise in Office and Industrial Interiors, Educational and Residential Architecture, Façade Design, Project Management Coordination, and BIM Modeling, I bring a well-rounded skill set to my work. My experience in BIM Modeling has included projects in schools, hospitals, auditoriums, and commercial spaces. As the lead of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects focusing on Architectural design at Studio Sustain, my role encompasses overseeing the coordination of various disciplines involved in the construction process of multiple commercial projects. I ensure that each discipline involved in the projects work in harmony and according to the predefined BIM execution plan.To ensure that the project proceeds seamlessly and efficiently, I guarantee the mandatory levels of development are met throughout each project's lifecycle. This ensures that the project is completed within the set timeframe, and the final product meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
