I am a highly experienced and strategic thinking sales leader with extensive and diversified experience across a wide remit of the pharmaceutical industry, in the UK and abroad.My career has always been linked to sales, right from one of my first real jobs as a Chemical Sales Consultant, through various positions of increasing responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry from Medical Representative, Healthcare Development Manager (Market Access), National sales Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, to my most recent position as Ecosystem Lead - Rheumatology, at UCB.So what gets me up in the morning? Well simply put, I gain massive satisfaction in seeing my direct reports being recognised for their achievements and successes, or seeing them being promoted as a direct result of working their personal development plans, and knowing that I have played a part in this.
