My Direct responsibility of P/L was for 5 countries in the region. With my strategic initiatives, I implemented new Projects and supply chain in countries like Kenya, Egypt, Lebanon, and Oman to minimize risks through organizational restructuring and generating cost savings. I created the investment application for the first DBS Dubai warehouse detailing project plan in addition to monitoring, chasing contractors and task owners coordinating with report status to “Project Team” and Top Management in Germany Essen.The key customers for whom I managed the key project implementation were P&G, Hilti, Zain, Henkel, Pirelli, Chanel, Ericsson, Airtel, Dunham Bush & GSK. I was responsible for the BRP of projects in Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kenya, UAE, and Lebanon which accumulated 100,000 sqm of footprint in warehouse space in different verticals doubling the market share.I successfully executed consultancy Projects for the region in Aero parts- NAS airways (KSA) and warehousing planning P&G-45000sqm (Oman).
