Over the last decade, been involved extensively in various aspects that add value to the K12 Ecosystem including exposure to Learning Spaces Design, Academics & Pedagogy Delivery, Technology & Innovation, Content Development & delivery, Teacher Recruitments, Training, Student Enrolments & marketing both in private school set up from scratch & transformation of government schools. Co Created & built AMPERSAND group, a multi faceted education institution founded by Mr Rustom Kerawalla that runs the well-known “VIBGYOR” chain of schools. Also co founded the Government services vertical within AMPERSAND group and has been instrumental in foraying mutually beneficial associations with many a state government to enhance the quality of outcomes of their schools and preschools. I am also a writer, a speaker & often delivers keynotes or chairing panel discussions at conferences & seminars. My thoughts, views & opinions have featured in many leading print, digital and visual media platforms. i also mentor young entrepreneurs pro bono and looks for opportunities to foster and enable mutually beneficial strategic alliances between synergy aligned firms / professional enterprises. i have been a jury member for Business World’s 40Under 40 initiative in Year 2017 & Year 2018 to seek identify and recognize budding entrepreneurs.

The next 2 years was accountable as a sales leader towards High End institutional sales & Account management of corporates where Blow Plast `Knock Down' Office Furniture systems were set up. The role involved Institutional Sales followed by management of the account from `Blue Print' to Office Set Up. Client Managament, co ordination with high end architects and Billing Management was an integral part of the business. The deal size would average around INR 7 - 20M and the project period would span around 6 - 8 weeks. The Blow Plast experience was a big PLUS in the rest of my career progression.
