MEP - Plumbing and Fire Protection (Construction & Commissioning):* Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sprinkler Systems, Wet and Dry Riser Systems, TYCO iflow Inert Gas (IG 541), ANSUL Foam System, TYCO Deluge Water Spray System, Compressed Air system, Plumbing Drainage, and Water Supply System.* Prepare the preliminary design and estimation of the complete project* Prepare & coordinate with the design team to analyze the drawings, specifications, and statement of works. Complete the technical submittals, shop drawing required for site execution.* To coordinate with the contractor & consultant in order to clear up technical issues and get the approvals required for the consultant.* Supervision and execution of daily work at the site. Leading the team of foreman & technicians.* Following the progress of work in accordance with schedule & flow NFPA, IPC & Local Fire code.* Quality control of all activities related to Fire Fighting and Plumbing system.* Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules for execution.* Maintain technical records, design revisions, invoices, work statements.* Coordinate with our accounts department for preparation of invoices for materials delivered, installation to be submitted to the contractor,* Directly contact the Technical Manager for Project Progress.* Prepare the Technical team after installation completion to proceed with Testing & Commissioning of the system.* Final preparation of As-Built drawings, O&M Manuals, Inspection, testing, final handing over of the system to the main client.*To give the training to the maintenance team & client representative about the operation and testing of equipment/systems before the final handover.
