- Supervision in the daily work of employee attendance and employee relationship administrator, provide support and coordination as needed;- Handling of work accidents, emergencies and serious employee illness; providing necessary coordination with functional departments, employee families or the Labor Department as needed in such cases;- Planning and implementing all kinds of employee communication functions;- Reviewing monthly attendance and disciplinary reports for internal publish and finding solutions for improvements;- Assisting in employee recreational functions, company community services and other tasks when needed;
