♣ Maintain & develop knowledge of Wolf's outfit solutions, from the intimate detail of a garments smallest feature to the curation of items for a full-look♣ Ensure high level customer service to all clients, at all stages of the client journey♣ Actively seek knowledge and take personal ownership of achieving and exceeding location KPI's♣ Process sales and the tender of payment through the POS system to Company policy♣ Build the Wolf Kanat VIP family♣ Utilize authenticity &… Show more ♣ Maintain & develop knowledge of Wolf's outfit solutions, from the intimate detail of a garments smallest feature to the curation of items for a full-look♣ Ensure high level customer service to all clients, at all stages of the client journey♣ Actively seek knowledge and take personal ownership of achieving and exceeding location KPI's♣ Process sales and the tender of payment through the POS system to Company policy♣ Build the Wolf Kanat VIP family♣ Utilize authenticity & genuine approach to understand the customer needs and provide an outfitting solution♣ Be confident in understanding of the perfect fitting suit and be able to use tools, such as Tailor's tapes & pins, to manipulate garments for Made to Measure orders and suggested alterations♣ Maintain stock including ensuring the correct sizes & units are presented in-line with the visual mechanizing guidelines♣ Action stock movement; accurately accepting deliveries, moving stock from the reserve to floor on request and auctioning stock movement requests from Management♣ Maintain strict housekeeping of the store, including cleaning & polishing every shift♣ Operate the POS and Eftpos machines, store alarms, Microsoft Office Suite, steamers, irons and other basic inherent equipment safely and proficiently ♣ Participate in periodic stock counts and stock takes♣ Assist in the preparation and collation of trade reports♣ Follow all Company policies and procedures♣ Play an active role in loss prevention initiatives, reporting any misuse or theft concerns to Management♣ Follow Tailoring trends and competitors♣ Maintain health and safety in the store, report hazards and play an active role in the welfare of all♣ Be a consistent Brand Ambassador. Build relationships with parties external to Wolf; open the brand up to networking and partnership opportunities♣ Any other duties reasonably and lawfully instructed by Management in the provision of Wolf Kanat retail sales.
