Local projects:- Collaborate with Planning Manager to analyze more than 45 briefs, defining key problems and deliverable mandatories for effective project execution.- Contribute to 20 internal and client workshops, facilitating problem-solving sessions and refining project objectives.- Lead the research and compilation of tailored questionnaires for clients, assisting them in clarifying problems, identifying opportunities, and gaining valuable market insights.- In-depth research of 25 categories (FMCG, Moms&Babies, Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, etc), spanning from consumer behavior to competitor analysis, to determine brand positioning and uncover market insights, mapping findings to define strategic opportunities.- Generate comprehensive market reports by conducting consumer research and interviewing Sales Managers to gain insights into consumer behavior and perceptions.- Immerse into the competitive landscape by visiting point-of-sale to understand consumer behavior, and leveraging insights from industry leaders (TBWA\ Global) for strategic guidance.- Develop creative/ 3rd briefs, transforming data into compelling narratives and spotlighting clear challenges and tasks, supported by insights from industry reports and global case studies.- Establish creative approaches/ way-in, tailor the strategy to align with creative concepts, and assets along with conceptualizing ideas/ assets under frameworks or sections.- Build up campaign framework, social strategy, and roll-out plans.- Develop and structure strategies from branding (brand analysis, brand platform localization) to rebranding with competitor movements, consumer understanding, and cultural trends.Clients: Mercedes-Benz, GSK, Spotify, Unilever, Chinsu, AstraZeneca, Vinhomes, K+, VIB, etcGlobal projects:+ Localize Sunsilk Global Brand Platform in Vietnam+ Estalish Spotify in Vietnam (2023,2024)+ Monitor and Report Vietnamese movements (campaigns, trends, cultures) to TBWA\WorldWide

OWN AND LEAD THE "METAVERSE" PROJECT UNDER FOUNDER'S CONSULTANT- Propose new content strategy (angles, pillar, examples, etc) related to Metaverse by referring to global case studies / reports / research and even monitoring current brands' efforts (campaign, initiative, idea, etc)- Research, and plan the outline for new posts. Write new posts, and receive feedback, improve the next ones to maximize post reach and engagement.- Build up a portfolio "Branding in Metaverse" for the group which lists well-known brands coming and branding in Metaverse and delivers information deeply, briefly about its campaigns.
