Provided support to the sales team and contact centre to resolve customer complaints, queries, and requests.Marketing Responsibilities: Provided assistance to the marketing executive by working on new brochures, promotional material, and day-to-day requests. Completed the update of the Marley website.

Provided computer based mathematics tuition to students from year 1 up to year 10 and assisted with the training of new tutors.

Completed two projects - glycosylated milk proteins in processed cheese manufacture and acid gelation of milk protein. Final outcomes of the projects were a formal presentation and research report.

Provided general assistance to the Milk Powder Laboratory with various tests including total solid, particle size, bulk density, and moisture.

Provided research assistance with testing and result analysis regarding a project on particle size analysis.
