- Participating in the effort to build a Lean culture in both manufacturing and office environments at the company.- Attending the Lean training activities including sharing knowledge and mindset through training sessions, making and enhancing training materials for office and non-office trainees.- Designing Lean publications for communications and spreading Lean spirits within the company.- Building and applying automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA Macro, etc) in daily work such as reporting, updating, sending mail, etc.- Generating prompts used in Generative AI to increase the usage of AI within the department and uplift the department's AI capability and competency.
