// introMy career is quite unique so far. After 4 years in mechanical engineering at UFRGS (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul), I dropped the course because I didn't see myself working in that field and also knowing that I didn't want to work in any company that would demand a diploma from me.During this 4 years I dig myself in extracurricular activities, trying to learn as much as I can about what I like to do, but mostly, what I don't. I am still working on this as a self-knowledge process.My run in the Junior Enterprise Movement had a huge impact on me, made me a person much more thirsty for knowledge, purpose and love. I entered at Axur in 2018 with the challenge to create the People & Performance area. People Management and Culture was one of the areas that I was studying a lot and I really could see myself in it, but I didn't have any experience in it. I worked there for about 2 years, passing through every one of the micro areas such as projects, recruiting, employer branding and so on. In 2019 I decided to open a company with 2 partners. We opened Padocaria, a bakery, in may of 2020. I ran the store as a manager for about 8 months and stood as a partner for 8 more. In the end of 2021 we decided to sell the business for someone with more energy and knowledge in this field.In the middle of that I entered Combate a Fraude to do a very similar job as I did in Axur, creating the People and Culture area and I am still doing that right now.

    I started at Axur in 2018 to create the HR area (now People & Performance). The initial focus was in recruitment.     OTMZA is the Junior Enterprise of the Mechanical Engineering at UFRGS. OTMZA had been just founded and I had part in structuring some internal processes of the company.I was one of the consultants in the first project of the company, we made a numerical vibration analysis in a Tesla turbine rotor using the Maple software. The goal was to find out if the rotation that our client wanted the turbine to have was possible. We found out that with the geometry that they were using, the rotor would not bear the rotation that they needed.After this project we sold another one to remake the geometry of the rotor for the rotation they needed.
