As a Peer Mentor at Georgian@ILAC, I support and guide international students who are enrolled at Georgian@ILAC College, Toronto. I help them with cultural, and social adjustment, as well as career development and networking opportunities. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with them, as I am also pursuing diploma in Global Business Management from the same institution, expected to graduate in Apr 2024.Before joining Georgian@ILAC, I worked as a Quality Specialist at Cognus Technology in India, a writing and editing company, where I managed a team of six new members and handled various concerns of other staff members. Also, I worked closely with the HR team to strategically hire new staff and provided them trainings. I applied my analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and IFRS certification to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content delivered to the clients. I contributed to the growth and success of the company by delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
