Responsible for all business engagement and communications activities required as part of the successful delivery of the FITS/FOMNI MoJ ICT Change programme.

In this role I had responsibility for:• Leading the organisation's web activity• Developing the web and channels strategy• Leading on the Customer Information Review project• Web communications management• Preparation of briefs and submissions for senior managers, including the judiciary• Using customer insight and segmentation analysis to effectively target communications in accordance with customer need• Managing all web migration projects• Leading and managing the technical web team ensuring the Intranet and 30+ websites met audience expectations with minimum downtime and fully accessible pages• Leading the web team on the timely delivery of new websites, whilst maintaining the integrity of existing websites• Web content editing• Identifying opportunities for sharing technical knowledge and skills with colleagues across the wider MoJ organisation• Working with my team and wider MoJ colleagues on sourcing and deploying new web-technologies across the MoJ digital family• Supplier management• Budget Management
