⇢ Successfully developed and maintained 2 IT systems, for livestock control of brands and certificate issuance, as well a system for the issuance of licenses for pesticide application and dealers.⇢ Analyzed legacy database, restructured and normalized tables, moving it to a more professional and functional state, helping the current system to work fast and without crashes that were previously happening.⇢ Supported the system after implementation, by being close to the clients shadowing their process and customizing the system accordingly, as a result our team ensured that the deliverable was tested and ready to use.⇢ Analyzed and presented a new project Idea to the Admin of deputy minister of Manitoba Justice, during the Design Thinking Challenge – Human Centered design, by developing a new process to a Consumer Protection Mobile App. Analyzing weakness and strong points, as well taking into account the public need while using this new app. This project was presented at IPAC 2019 to public servants throughout Canada and was handed over to Manitoba Justice department for implementation
