Months before the World Cup, worked focused on assessments of the 2014 World Cup host cities and on the development of intelligence reports to support the security operations. During the World Cup, also served on CICCR (Regional Integrated Center of Command and Control) in Rio de Janeiro, as a representative of the Local Organizing Committee, working with a variety of Public Security representatives, attending meetings that preceded all games in the city and emergency meetings during these games. Also participated in several meetings with FIFA officials, presenting data on strategic intelligence, collected before and during the events of the World Cup 2014.

Expertise in specific area of the company designated to implement a Shared Services Center, by performing process mapping in different areas of company activities. Activities included understanding the processes and implementating improvements in them, as well as documentating, with the purpose of standardization. The mapping process involved the Administrative Headquarters of Lojas Renner and back office processes of its stores in different regions of the country.
