Emergency Response Advisor & Duty Manager at TOTAL E&P ANGOLA• 24/7 dedicated Duty Manager acting as focal point responsible for managing all emergencies of any TEPA’s installation in Luanda (onshore and offshore) from the early steps until its conclusion;• Emergency Response Advisor responsible for the affiliate’s Emergency Response Preparedness and to manage real emergency situations at the Incident Command Post as Deputy Incident Commander;• Daily administration and coordination of Duty Emergency Response Organization (TEPA Emergency core team);• Responsible for the maintenance and updating the affiliate’s Emergency Response System based on Incident Command System (ICS) standards and guidelines;• Maintenance of the main emergency response facilities such as TEPA’s Incident Command Post and Advanced Command Post (sites); • Development the annual training and exercises’ schedule as well as organization and coordination of appropriate training and coaching for the emergency response organization: Crisis/ Emergency Management Cell and Advanced Command Post(s);• Organization, implementation and debriefing of exercises defined in the yearly planning (Tabletop, Medium and Full Scale Exercises).

• Emergency Management specialist involved on the implementation of the Incident Command System (ICS) as the emergency management methodology for major O&G companies, including all Operating Units of Petrobras' E&P sector;• Preparation and execution of several Emergency Management trainings and simulated exercises for hundreds of participants;• Responsible for providing coaching to leadership positions in offshore units (FPSOs) in key emergency management tools and processes;

• Dedicated consultant on Chevron´s HSE department supporting the implementation of mandatory environmental projects related to the company´s legal requirements (TAC);• Responsible for coordinating the installation and deployment of meteocean buoy for weather data acquisition in the field;• Implementation of an oil spill radar detection system (SeadarQ) that connects the FPSO and all supply vessels for constant field monitoring;• Responsible for receiving most of the environmental FPSO data produced (production water, waste, water discharge, gas emission) for agencies reporting;• HES focal point for all matters related to Frade´s Containment team;• Support on OE processes and Incident Notification to the agencies.

Operations Coordinator supporting the Frade Incident Response in one of the largest environmental emergencies in Brazil (Frade Field Incident 2011/ 2015). The preparation, planning, execution and installation of a pioneer subsea oil containment system, including more than a hundred 20” fit-for-purpose containers at a depth of 1300 m without any Incidents or LOC, can be highlighted as a milestone.• Dedicated Emergency consultant at Chevron Brazil Upstream working as Operations Coordinator on the Chevron´s Emergency Management team;• Responsible for managing both onshore/offshore operations related to Frade Incident Response (Campos Basin – 2011); • Responsible for coordinating daily subsea monitoring and containment operations with ROV vehicle and Oil Spill Response vessels;• Worked with Chevron technology team on the design, installation and implementation of a pioneer Subsea Oil Containment System;• Solid experience in Oil Containment & Recovery, Emergency Response and Offshore operations;• Solid experience in Incident Command system´s applicability and tools (ICS);• Accountable for meeting national agencies’ requirements keeping Chevron in compliance in all matters related to the Incident;• Responsible for coordinating 2xROV crews in a daily basis and for creating key performance indicators of the ROV daily work;• Elaboration of oil spill response trainings (Tabletops and Full Deployment exercises based on the ICS methodology and tools);• Elaboration and conduction of emergency response workshops for ROV team (Subsea Operations);• Execution of contracts already in place (lump sum, time charter) and direct contact with clients.
