Right Now at Shielder I have two main responsibilities: developing my own projects and managing the ones from my associates.As a developer, I take care of all code's phases, since having the idea until later at maintenance, always keeping in mind the user’s needs, thinking forward on the sustainability of the code and preparing the ground for future improvements.Mounting production servers using docker, linux and AWS for the most part. On the backend, I code mostly on .Net, Node.js, python and Java. On Mobile and Web applications: I use with Objective-c iOS, Android Java/Kotlin, Vue.JS, Javascript and othes. And with daily knowledge of AWS, MySql, Git and Notion .On the other hand, while managing I can test and work passively, doing mostly what I already do, which is designing, gathering requirements and testing. However, it is far from the same, once I deal with people that come and go. I’ve introduced agile methodology, since taking the decision to use it, choosing the platform and implementing it. And now we're using it on everyday processes. I constantly seek for new technologies trying to be ahead of what my team needs.
