I am Vinícius Ferreira, a dedicated professional with a background in Civil Engineering and a specialization in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Originally from Brazil, I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade do Algarve, where I excelled as a class representative and course representative for two consecutive years. After completing my undergraduate studies, I transitioned to Porto to pursue a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on the construction branch.During my time in Porto, I concurrently worked as a Construction Supervisor, gaining valuable experience in managing projects related to markets and residential buildings. My commitment to continuous learning led me to undertake a postgraduate course in BIM Coordination, further enhancing my expertise in this field. Subsequently, I embarked on a new role as a BIM Engineer, where I successfully applied my skills and knowledge in BIM project coordination. Currently, while actively engaged in my professional role as a BIM Project Coordinator, I bring a strong background in managing and coordinating Data Center projects across France, Poland, and Norway. In this role, I am responsible for client management, coordination modeling of MEP systems, creating and updating As-Built drawings, clash detection using Navisworks, quality and document management, as well as team management to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality. My profile reflects a dynamic professional journey marked by academic excellence, practical experience in construction supervision, and specialized expertise in BIM coordination. My proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies underscores my commitment to driving innovation and excellence in the field of Civil Engineering.
