▪ Customer Success / Demand to Supply Coordination for Roche Network▪ My main responsibility in this role was to be the bridge among Rio Manufacturing Site, Brazilian affiliateand LATAM Demand Planning (Uruguay) to establish processes, develop strategies to keep theBrazilian market properly supplied.▪ Leader of the S&OP process and meetings with Finance, Distribution, Sales and Regulatory teams.▪ Product life-cycle management (from Launch until Divestment) with HQ and Affiliate teams.▪ Manage supplying constraints caused for many reasons(Salesspikes, raw material delivery delays, etc.).▪ Ensure that the products were commercialized meeting all the regulatory requirements, such as theArtworks.▪ Responsible for Delivery Performance metrics and Customer Success.▪ Support the Order to Cash processto enable Roche Brazil affiliate to achieve the established sales goal.

▪ My main responsibility in this role was to perform the detailed production schedule of the Oral LiquidsManufacturing and Packaging lines with support of the SMEs and ensure that we have the bestproduction scheduling considering all the possible variables of the process at that moment.▪ Resources Management to convert the demand into Finished Goods efficiently and aligned with the operational excelence, financial and product availability for patients goals.▪ Packaging and Raw materials procurement & planning (600+ SKUs).▪ Seek for opportunities of cost avoidance and write offsreduction.▪ Improve the detail schedule process using the active listening together with the productionteam and Lean concepts application.▪ SAP APO PPDS and ALPIN 2 systems specialist and SU.▪ SAP APO heuristic logic & master data understanding to enable the smart/automation features to make the scheduling process efficient enough to give free time to the MPSs and let them think more about the strategic part or for continuous improvement.

- Implemented successfully Google Services (Gmail, GDrive, GDocs, etc) at Roche Brasil with high innovation impact across the organization (4000+ users and 20+ departments), mainly in the end user daily work. This implementation brought Roche Brasil definitively to the cloud providers world (XaaS).- Acted as multiplier of the Google Services knowledge, to the local technical team and end users (1000+) during and after the hypercare.- Implemented Windows 7 Professional in large scale (1000+ desktops and laptops) at Roche Rio site, reporting compatibility, GPO, SCCM, AD and hardware issues to Roche Indianapolis team, worked and applying the solutions developed during and after the hypercare.- Acted as legacy systems tester (using virtualized enviroments through VMWare) before Windows 7 implementation in order to ensure that the business would not be negatively impacted.- Worked with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams to develop business solutions and solve issues as such: Windows Servers/UNIX, CITRIX, Voice and Communications, Networking, Proprietary Software providers, Industrial Automation, etc. Which I had the opportunity to develop my communication, negotiation skills and enlarge my networking.

- Worked inside the IT infrastructure organization (Service Desk) in order to provide hardware and application solutions to all employees (1500+) of Roche Rio manufacturing site phisically and remotely, it includes industrial and office areas. Always respecting the SLAs accordingly to the urgency and impact.- Improved the HP Service Manager knowledge base (50+ procedures to fix bugs and install softwares properly) in order to improve the Service Desk level 1 solution performance.- Appointed to provide exclusive and high personalized support to the VIPs and non-portuguese language users (including visitants and auditors).- Responsible for new teammates training and knowledge multiplier.- Engaged the end users to voluntarily answer the IT SM satisfaction survey.
