With a career of 15 years in Finance, I have a track record that combines strategy with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done, having been one of the youngest Managers in Itaú, LATAM largest private owned bank. Today, I am responsible for the retail's strategy at B3, Brazilian Stock Exchange, leading different teams that develop solutions to meet retail investors needs and expectations, and interacting with the whole investment ecosystem in Brazil, including banks, brokerages, fintechs and regulators. Before that, I was Itaú's Head of Investment Products Management, leading a high-performing team of +60 people in 8 squads (scrum teams) as Product Leader and BusDev Chapter Lead, to deliver on all strategic and operational priorities. Our mission is to make consumers - from retail to high income - fall in love with Itaú's full range of Investment products, by guaranteeing that we have the best options at a fair price in our portfolio -, investment funds, pension plans, brokerage, treasury, fixed-income - and communicating it effectively.Therefore, we are responsible for (a) managing product portfolio and pricing, (b) maintaining sales cadence, (c) defining and delivering strategies and trainings to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency, (d) partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive business plans, investment distribution, go-to-market strategy and campaigns, (e) identifying and resolving issues impacting business growth and sales efforts, and (f) strategic planning for future growth.With an intrapreneurial mindset and a great deal of self-motivation, energy and curiosity, I am part of the core team driving a major change in Itaú's Investment department: the implementation of agile methodology into our projects and the incorporation of lean principles in our management. This is the first initiative in a business-related stream of the bank's Wealth Management Services. Before that, for +3 years, I was Head of Itaú's Brokerage Digital Platform, a business of US$3bn in assets under management and 120,000 active clients. I lead 30 people running the e-trading business end-to-end, developing app and website, and creating content for performance, with capability to pull strings that impacted the bottom line of the Business Unit.
