I lead a team of 2 BI analysts and 2 data engineers.The engineers are responsible for building and maintaining the data pipelines and warehouse.The analysts are responsible for creating data visualizations, analytics, and performing training.The team is dedicated to these work fronts:1. Data Pipeline, and Operations: Extract: pull data from several data sources, looking at format, frequency, and time frame; Transform: clean up, structure, and integrate data; Load: load data into the data warehouse, defining frequency, import type and format; Quality: make sure the data ingested is correct and frequently updated; Improve and adjust data sets; Sustain the DW environment;2. Data Visualization: Build dashboards and other data visualizations; Understand business users; Understand job responsibilities, goals, and objectives; Determine the decisions that the business users want to make; Make user interfaces simple and template-driven;3. Data Analytics: Produce analysis connected to relevant business problems; Deliver high-quality, relevant, and accessible information and analytics to the business users; Choose the most robust, actionable data to present in BI;4. Data Training & Culture: Promote trainings, analytics methods, and tools; Find new users and make them aware of the BI capabilities; Form key data users in each business area;Our tech stack relies on Amazon's services (S3, RDS, and EC2) for data operations. We use Pentaho for data transformation and Power BI for data visualization.The project management in my team follows a Scrum routine with two-week sprints, including planning and daily meetings. We use Azure DevOps to support our Scrum routine.

Build the strategic planning, financial modeling, and project management for the international operation of Arezzo&Co, reporting directly to the Director of New Business Development.Participation in expansion projects involving new geographies, sales channels, categories, and brands, interacting with teams and suppliers in English.Leader of Arezzo’s (biggest women’s fashion shoe brand in Brazil) e-commerce in the USA, involving the product, marketing, and technology fronts. On the marketing front, I have built and sustained a methodology for goal definition and daily management of results, through indicators like impressions, clicks, open rate, click through rate (CTR), connect rate, visits, transactions, conversion, investment, cost per click and return on investment (ROI).On the technology front, I have had direct participation in developing the e-commerce based on Shopify and managing the project with our technology provider.Management of multidisciplinary teams, including two subordinates and suppliers for technology, copywriting, design, photography, paid media, CRM, and social media operations.Leader of the marketplace project (Amazon) for the Arezzo, Schutz, and Alexandre Birman brands in the US, along with a paid media and logistics provider.Direct interaction with all business areas to execute projects, including technology, planning, production, merchandising, and logistics.

Management of e-commerce’s marketing investment, including the construction and control of the budget along with the leaders of each Arezzo&Co brand. Build analysis and dashboards using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tableau, to answer business questions related to marketing performance, user experience, SEO, and market competitiveness.Lead the structure and validation of e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and customer service databases in Tableau Server, coordinating the work of an ETL developer with direct interaction with the data engineering leader.Leadership in governance issues, implementation, and technical configuration of marketing tools and channels (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Voxus, Criteo, RTB House, Get Blue, Pinterest, Tik Tok).On the governance front, I led a front-end developer to build up a measurement plan, taxonomy, organization, restructuring, and refactoring of the Arezzo&Co e-commerce tracking structure.As part of the e-commerce operations team, I also supported logistics, customer service, and finance operations with business analysis and dashboards.I have also participated in the implementation of the marketplace operation, including contract, technical integration, and product catalog registration.
