I am an Expert Advisor to the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee, CGI.br. My activities include supporting CGI.br in specialized subjects in the Internet Policy and Governance field, preparing documents to support decision-making processes, technical reports of projects and events pertaining to the thematic agenda, collaborate in publications, among others. Additionally, I give classes, lectures and attend several international events linked to the Committee’s agenda. I hold a PhD in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Campinas, Unicamp, M.A. in Science and Culture Communication from the same university, and a B.A. in Social Communication from the Federal University of Vicosa. I have already taken part in different projects in the interface of teaching, research and extension. My interests relate to: Technology and Society; ICTs; Internet Governance; Information Infrastructure.
