Engaged in a research project centered on the development of a distributed Intrusion Detection System(IDS) for near-real-time network data analysis within Software Defined Networks. My responsibilities encompass deploying a Software Defined Network controller in a live institutional network, allowing it to interceptand manage traffic from specific virtual devices based on IDS insights, potentially including real-time trafficblocking. Additionally, I was involved in the creation of code for capturing and analyzing SDN network traffic, with a focus on identifying malicious activities, producing malicious traffic for AI training purposes, and training an AI model using the generated malicious traffic while evaluating its accuracy and performance metrics.

This project is a partnership of the research group "Teaching and Inclusion of People with Disabilities", from the Federal Technological University of Paraná UTFPR, linked to the Post-Graduate Program Graduation in Teaching of Science and Technology, with the Special Educational Service Center "Nova Visão". Based on an inclusive education proposal, the project aims to offer continuing education for teachers of basic education and academics in undergraduate courses. In this course were developed activities focusing on the inclusion of the visually impaired person, such as: visual assessment, visual stimulation, braille, soroban, visual re-education, orientation and mobility and adapted information technology.
