Product Designer
Current- Creation and maintenance of a multifunctional design system with a token structure that allows for deep customization;- Close collaboration with the engineering and product teams to ensure the technical feasibility of projects;- Structuring the design team's processes, defining work routines and ceremonies that optimize workflows and reduce uncertainties;- Leading design workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, facilitating the co-creation of solutions;- Executing discovery processes to understand problems and determine the best paths forward deeply;- Defining processes with stakeholders to set product and business goals that the solutions should meet;- Building solutions by creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to validate ideas and concepts with stakeholders and users;- Handoff to the development team and continuous monitoring of tasks, ensuring support throughout the execution so that the developed solutions reflect the approved design concepts;- Usability testing with users to validate solutions, understand, and uncover new problems;- Initiative to create and track design metrics to provide more data to support business decisions.
