I am Vinicius Ragghianti, an Environmental and Sanitary Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law. With over a decade of experience in infrastructure projects, I've recently expanded my expertise into the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence, leading innovative initiatives at Método RGT.At Método RGT, I focus on creating and implementing advanced technological solutions in Generative AI. My role involves developing customized AI models, overseeing research projects in machine learning and natural language processing, and providing strategic consulting for AI implementation. I also created and instruct the online course "Generative Artificial Intelligence for Engineering," empowering professionals to apply AI in engineering projects.Since 2011, I've been deeply involved in infrastructure projects focusing on core areas of basic sanitation. As a co-founder of ECHOA Engineering, I helped scale the company's annual revenue from 300K to over 7 million Reais, excelling in project management and business development.My experience includes coordinating state-level projects in Santa Catarina and managing municipal and state sanitation, solid waste, and water resource plans. I served two terms as the President of ACESA (Associação Catarinense de Engenheiros Sanitaristas e Ambientais) from 2019 to 2023, representing engineers before various councils.Previously, I worked as a Project Coordinator in Sanitation and Urban Mobility at KfW and as a Project Coordinator/Researcher at the CERTI Foundation, where I led the State Water Resources Plan of Santa Catarina.Throughout my career, I've maintained stakeholder alignment for successful project execution, serving primarily public sector clients in consultancy roles. I've been actively engaged with engineering associations, representing in state councils, committees, and working groups.As a public speaker, I've conducted numerous lectures, participated in discussions, and attended public hearings. I've been featured in media interviews and participated in events and technical missions related to sanitation in Brazil, Italy, and the United States.My multi-faceted career spans traditional engineering, project management, and now cutting-edge AI applications.
