I was part of the frontline of a highly successful case where my team and I scaled up a foreign exchange operation in the form of a foreign exchange correspondent within Proseftur Assessoria em Comércio Exterior, reaching break even in a short period of time with this contributing in a representative way with the growth of the numbers of the company and of the operation as a whole.We had the idea of ​​opening our own fintech, with that, I co-founded what is now Zebra Câmbio, a fintech exchange authorized by the Central Bank.Actively participating in the construction of fintech, from opening a license with Banco Centradl do Brasil, creating brand, culture, leading innovation squads and structuring operations.As operations coordinator, I led a squad of 6 people, where my main missions were:Maintain and guarantee the standard of the operating table's speech;Pursue a good customer experience (customer at the center);Monitor the operations team and ensure that processes, standards and cost (spread) are executed in line with company policy;Direct the team with data in the daily actions to customers;Guide the team with financial market information;Analyze the sanitization of the base with relevant information for decision making;Identify opportunities for improvement and reversal actions for customers and operations;Coordinate the customer service team;Analysis and assistance to the direct and indirect team regarding foreign exchange operations;Train and develop our and new operators with the company's culture;Seek improvements in the process;Currency exposure level control;Management of payments and receipts;Create currency buying and selling strategies;Daily monitoring of the numbers linked to the goal.
