Current- Provided executive reporting packages, including Board reporting, monthly financial results and other management presentations, prepared deliverables to support Selina’s external reporting process with the SEC.
- Designed and implemented, as part of Selina’s IPO though SPAC, a process to manage an annual corporate overhead budget of $39-26M, including the setup of data collection, integration of templates with Selina’s planning.
- Designed and supported the implementation of an annual intercompany budget of $4.5M to fund Selina’s intra-group services.
- Created a monthly reporting package for the C-suite with corporate P&L performance, analysis of key performance indicators, analytical review of variances of actuals vs the budget.
- Aligned management reporting and planning systems to Selina’s accounting system, enabling full reconciliation of management accounting to IFRS financial statements, performed quarterly review of the reconciliations.
- Standardized and automated the process for impairment testing for Selina’s worldwide portfolio of 118 locations, and SEC Segment Reporting information. Performed quarterly reviews of the outputs for impairment testing.
