We do this by setting targets that seem almost impossible to reach, influencing teams to strive for greater impact. Thirdly, while setting the Goals are important, it’s imperative that giving control to the team is utmost critical, thereby, promoting the culture of Empowerment. We have to do away with the myth that 'I can do it all'.
