Expertise in NVH Testing, Durability Testing with Shakers and Climatic Chamber, Straingage Instrumentation and Testing, Device Design and NVH Troubleshooting Techniques with Microflown;• Prominent performance and contribution in Noise, Vibration and Durability tests, responsible for the Vibration Test Laboratory with Electrodynamic Shaker and Climatic Chamber for more than 7 years, carrying out the entire process of service delivery, including definition of tests, quotations, training of the team, customer relationship, test schedule, device development and test execution;• Competence in after sales technical support, acting with installation, maintenance and operational training of electrodynamic shakers and data acquisition systems;• Responsible for Vibration Testing with Shakers and Climatic Chamber;• Effective performance in installation, maintenance, operation and operational training of Electrodynamic Shakers;• Active participation in the development of equipment improvements.• Experience in vibration test operation using Vibration Research control systems, as well as in complete theoretical and practical training for clients and internal team for electrodynamic shaker operation and climatic chamber;• Extensive knowledge of complete instrumentation with Accelerometers, Microphones, Straingages, Thermocouples, Pressure Sensors, as well as Automotive PassbyNoise, Internal Noise, Field Test Measurements, Experimental Modal Analysis, ODS Analysis, Operational Modal Analysis, Order Analysis and Signature of motors, Sound Intensity, Sound Power, Absorption Coefficient of Materials, Troubleshooting techniques and location of noise sources using Microflown® Particle Velocity, Signal Processing and Analysis systems;• Technical support for Siemens LMS products.• Experience in signal processing and analysis and preparation of Technical Engineering Reports.
