-Developing Structural, Multi-Body Dynamics and NVH applications for systems level multi-physics-Work closely with the developer team to help/guide future product development based on understanding user's pain points. Currently working on modelling of system level approach to reduce the Electric Machine's Noise & Vibrations-Helping users to formulate the hardware issues & to establish a CAE based defined process to solve these issues in most effective way-Handling existing & prospect clients for understanding business requirements and objectives, providing strategic advice to establish and maximize the CAE methodologies-Working on spreading the usage of Machine Learning approach in CAE work-flow. As an example, Implemented an innovative approach of “pre-CAE tool concept” by using Data analytics/Machine Learning technique

- Tech Lead in Noise and Vibration analysis for Electric/IC Engine Powertrain components in automotive. mentoring people, rolling-out of procedures/updates, leading global monthly meeting (with colleagues from US, Italy & India), documenting lesson-learned, changing the CAD design in-collaboration with design team- Build and Analyze System level 1-D System level model of Battery Electric Vehicle Plant models using Amesim package. Collaborating with Controls team to provide FMU/Simulink model of complete electric vehicle for the co-simulation to the Controls team.- Proficient in identifying and filing the innovative ideas. Received 5 trade secrets (equivalent to Patent within company) and filed one US Patent application (https://patents.google.com/patent/US20190003558A1/en, but patent grant was abandoned due to some existing overlap). Several times presented to bigger audience (more than 50 people) about my learnings & finding opportunities for Innovations while working on regular projects.- Proficient to execute Multi Body Dynamics & Noise and Vibration analysis (Modal analysis, Frequency response analysis, 1-D Torsional Dynamics, Transient Dynamics, Fatigue Analysis, Structural Dynamics, Radiated Noise evaluation, and Sound power calculation) of automotive powertrain (trucks/passenger car engines) and their sub-systems components - Institutionalized & Rolled-out globally an analysis standard procedure for Dynamic analysis of Timing Drive analysis, it was recognized as Centre of Expertise (CoE). Currently taking care (even after General Motors Employment transfer to TCS) of this analysis as a whole: training new members, building the model, analysing, capability enhancement, Regular interaction to SimDrive software company (Contecs Engineering, German company) for version updates, Licenses and HPC usage, Negotiating for new tool development within SimDrive environment- Test data correlation and Root cause analysis for multiple projects

- Build System level 1-D model of internal combustion engine’s components such as Timing/Accessory Drive and FEA models for full engine with engine Dyno-set up simulation for Noise and Vibration analysis by using various MBD and FEA CAE packages such as SIMDRIVE (similar to AVL Drive/GT Suite packages), AMESIM, HYPERWORKs, OPTISTRUCT/NASTRAN, ABAQUS- ERP/Sound power analysis of engine panels and covers e.g. Oil pan, Cam Cover, Front cover etc- Engine Mount response analysis due to Engine Imbalance forces and input torque. - Fatigue analysis/Combination of dynamic & static stress through Goodman plots - Test data correlation with simulation results (modal analysis, frequency response analysis)- Non-Linear static analysis of Engine Lift hook bracket using Abaqus/Hypermesh- Acquired Black Belt in Design for Six Sigma- Fatigue analysis (Goodman diagram for combining dynamic and static stress)
