Responsible to achieve budgeted Top Line & Bottom Line for:Interlining Fabric (Value of 30 Crore P/A) Handling 36 dealers all over India.Specialty fabric (Value 13 Crore P/A)Handling customers like Saint Gobin & Carborendum Universal. Shoe fabric (Value 6 Crore P/A) Supplying to all Big Shoe Manufacturing units like Bata, Lakhani, and Paragon etc. Hotels (Value 3 Crore P/A)Handling all Major 5 Star Hotels • Achieving budgeted product sales and Margin & Profit targets.• Responsible for day to day Sales & Marketing activities and the Implementation of the Geographic Expansion Business Plan.• Ability to lead and manage, motivate and build a team that is spread Across a Region.• To review and monitor performance of Zone & Area Manager achieves their budgeted targets in terms of sales, collections, network expansion, market development etc• Develop subordinates to improve their competencies (functional & managerial)• To track overall consumer needs, seasonal preferences & regional trends in different markets in India.• Reviewing marketwise sales performance as well as competitors & reviewing SKU wise performance to analyze and diagnose any shortcomings.• Providing the Cash Flow information to management through Sales Forecasting.• Pricing the products competitively & profitably.• Play an active role in ensuring that the Supply Chain is healthy.• Developing new products and Re-Engineering the current offering to meet the changing market demands.• Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels.

Independently handled the responsibility of carrying out outside garmenting and other job work for a period of 1 year.Heading accounts, as a "Merchandiser" of various prestigious buyers’ such as Wills Sports (India), Data Tex (U.S.A), Madura Garment (India), Buddy Davis (Launch By Bhilwara Group) & all the orders Of Maral Domestic marketing with Cotton, Tencel & Modal• Keeping track of all the orders right from its sampling till the final dispatch. • Dealing with the Fabric/Garment sampling of against any new style as per Requisitions from the buyer.• Keeping a track of various technicalities involved in the successful execution of an order from start until it’s “On Time" dispatch.• Execution of the orders from yarn stage to the Timely Dispatch on Garments.• Understanding & removing all the bottlenecks that can arise during the actual Production at any stage with the help of constant discussion with the technical People.• Controlling all the embellishments involved in a particular style and planning the sewing accordingly.• Handling buyer’s complaints, if any, and tacking necessary corrective action.
