I oversee the end-user support, infrastructure change and management, and application management for the company's IT systems and services.In my previous roles, I have successfully handled multiple projects involving Microsoft product portfolio, such as M 365 and Azure, as well as automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere. I have also obtained certifications in ITIL, Azure, and RPA to enhance my skills and knowledge in these domains. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
