At Hexaware I led the Database & Engineered Systems practice. I was primarily responsible for building great teams, providing world class technology services to existing customers, help the sales team create customised offerings to new customers, creating training programs for the existing talent pool, work with recruitment to hire right talent with focus on emerging technologies and organisational aspirations.I was directly responsible for the business growth by improving the services provided to the existing customers & by demonstrating our capability as a service provider to new customers.
