Principal Engineer managing the end to end install and upgrade of Oracle Engineered Systems (primarily Supercluster & Exadata) for key oracle customers.

At Hexaware I led the Database & Engineered Systems practice. I was primarily responsible for building great teams, providing world class technology services to existing customers, help the sales team create customised offerings to new customers, creating training programs for the existing talent pool, work with recruitment to hire right talent with focus.
