I am currently the Facility/Hospital Director of a 200-bedded multi-specialty hospital in Jamshedpur, part of Narayana Health, one of the largest and most reputed healthcare providers in India.As the Hospital Director, I am responsible for the P&L and EBIDTA of the hospital, with a key focus on overall financial performance, operational efficiency, and clinical quality. I oversee the service excellence program, the implementation and strengthening of SOPs and processes, the adherence to all statutory compliances and audits, and the enhancement of the clinical team and talent pool. I have also been involved in several initiatives and projects to achieve and maintain Joint Commission International (JCI) and National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards across the Narayana Health group hospitals, both in India and abroad. I hold a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential, an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and certifications from Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins University in patient safety and quality improvement.
