Furnace Erection and Commissioning: Responsible for overseeing furnace erection and commissioning work, coordinating the team, monitoring schedules, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.2. Project Monitoring: Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to the budget. Collecting data from site engineers including start and end dates of projects, budget versus actual costs, manpower costs, and miscellaneous data. Ensuring data backup on the server and maintaining the milestone protocol sheet.3.Customer Complaint Handling: Recording customer complaints in Google Sheets, acknowledging complaints via email and phone, and coordinating with the Customer Service Department (CSD) team to schedule visits according to project commissioning timelines.4.Root Cause Analysis Coordination: Coordinating with the CSD, production, and design teams to perform root cause analysis for any issues that arise during the project.5.Resource Coordination: Managing the coordination of manpower, machinery, and materials required for project work, as well as liaising with the store and purchase teams to address material shortages for ongoing projects.6.Sales Training: Conducting sales training sessions to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products and services.7.Service Handling: Managing service handling responsibilities, including coordinating service requests, ensuring timely response to service issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
