Working as a Senior IT Recruiter handling end to end Recruitment from sourcing, screening, validating profiles through job portals like Naukri and Monster, taking up telephonic interviews, salary negotiation, coordinating interviews with clients (C2H) roles and for internal open positions. On selection of candidate's take approval from the concerned manager and accordingly coordinate with the candidate's on the credentials and other documentation for joining. Preparation of offer/appointment letter and on boarding of the selected candidate's.
