Job Description : ABS Production Support – HealthNet INCTechnical Skills : DCL, VAX/VMSResponsibilities : • Responsible for programming, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation in a project involving Healthcare operations.• Modify and re-develop existing programs to fix bugs and increase efficiency of the applications. Test Plans and Test case preparations.• Analyze and resolve the issues reported by the clients within standard time.• Identifying the source of error/issue reported and carrying out the preliminary resolution steps using various troubleshooting tools/Knowledge base.• Involved in analyzing the root cause of the issues and provide the permanent fix.• Knowledge transfer and transitioning of applications from the development team and vice versa.• Maintenance of source code through CMS version control tool.• Disk space monitoring & housekeeping (All LIVE, UAT, SIT servers), downloading logs through FTP.• Reported the management reports and activities to the leads and manager on regular basis.
