Actively involved in contract negotiations with OEMs. Oversaw design, development, and deployment of all VAVE projects to ensure project goals were achieved. Represented the Division and delivered project status to both C-level Executives, and the Board on project status, savings achieved and projected savings. Achieved significant savings within the first six months of starting the department. Customers included Ford, Toyota, GM, and Land Rover.

Coordinated interdepartmental activities in order to ensure product manufacturability and minimize program launch delays. Determined least cost solutions and cost estimates to meet program objective.
