Working in IT Tech team having an exposure to IT recruitment on different technologies like Networking, Cloud, Java, .Net, QA across all levels.• Handled complete Recruitment Life Cycle of IT requirements - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling Interviews, Candidate Tracking, Follow-ups till joining.• Understanding the job description and job specification of a particular vacancy.• Identifying corporate manpower requirements.• Sourcing potential candidates for required skill set through existing database, job portals, Job Posting, Personal Network, and LinkedIn.• Screening of candidates based on suitability of requirement.• Validating candidates based on their skill sets, CTC, communication skills and notice period, and choosing the right candidate for the requirement.• Maintain daily and weekly tracking report (including offers and joiners)• Updating records in internal database.
