• Perform all duties of ad operations including DFP (Google Ad Manager), Campaign trafficking: includes setting up display & video ad campaigns on DFP (primarily) for Web, Mobile web, android & IOS devices. Display & video ad campaign includes: Standard & Rich media banners, roadblocks, banners across platforms, in-banner video ads, in-stream/ out-stream pre roll & post roll ads.• Trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, and reporting• Work with product and tech teams to enhance ad serving solutions, revenue products and QA/Troubleshooting methodology.• Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts• Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices• Manage multiple advertiser and agency accounts, develop positive working relationships with the media buyers and operations teams at our clients and partners.• Coordinates with Client and Agency for campaigns, Creatives, RO, Reporting, Campaign assets.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance• Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts• Coordinates with the Finance department and raises requests for the invoicing every month.• Work with creative team and/or consultants to develop graphics, video, and other content for campaign channels.• Lead and make recommendations for conversion rate optimization of landing pages.• Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics throughout the campaign lifetime to ensure campaign pacing and performance.• Manage timely status updates with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
