Leading Engineering @Tribes.AI by automating and scaling data pipelines from day-1 at Tribes.AI. Built an efficient engineering team which handled development of the entire SAAS product. At Tribes.AI, we are helping employees and employers to make decision backed by data using our propriety analytical models, which work on datasets generated by our automated API integrations with various digital suits used for communication, task management, CRM etc etc.Tech-stack utilised in the process: Airflow, GCP, Kubernetes, Neo4J, MySQL, Redis, Vue.JS, Firebase, Python.

As one of the initial members of the company worked on technical architecting and implementation. Being in HR analytics domain, created integrations with very commonly used tools by employees office like Atlassian jira, slack, Google worksheet (Calendar, Drive, Gmail), GitHub, Prosperwork, Xero etc. Have been proactively involved in the ideation & research phase which was also the very first step in the product development. Also have been involved in all the aspects of product development covering Data Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Backend Engineering, Database Developer. Apart from technical development was really fortunate to be a part of observing and taking actions in business side implications of tech advancements in the product.

At HolidayIQ contributed as DevOPS cum backend engineer.Developed business critical products using new age technologies like Node.js, Docker, AWS, React.js, ELK stack, Laravel etc. ELK and Docker were ideated in the system for solving various scaling issues.Aided the team in building a product which helped in creating a customer profile, and to nurture the profile on basis of customer preferences. Rule based decisions were taken to push content to the user depending on the activities done in previous interactions.The tool developed has increased the lead quality and improved customer experience in the end which helped us in selling the right deal.

Worked as full stack developer and was responsible for working on multiple projects in every phase of SDLC i.e. starting with project requirement to deploying it to production server(i.e. AWS for our case). Worked on few critical internal applications and few integrations with external partners and also owned project to develope rest API server using Dropwizard(Java framework for rest api's) and NoSql database to reduce response time of api.
