Key Achievements: • Outbound Supply chain transformation: A suit of IT tools comprising of SAP ERP, SAP BI and SAP – APO was weaved together with equal participation of restructured org structured to provide capabilities of VMI and push based supply chain. Substantial impact in the KPIs of days of inventory and sales skew across the month was achieved. • Sales force automation and Channel Management: Transformed the way FMCG companies did the sales planning. Marico leapfrogged by ensuring that secondary sales became the data point for sales planning. Around a decade back when internet penetration was bad this was a major transformation. • CRM implementation for newly established business of KayaKey Learnings• ROI driven approach – business value creation and monitoring• IT – Business alignment• Building and Enhancing a culture of IT innovation.

MSSL was Mahindra and Mahindra's initiative into Rural India. It was opening up Super retail stores accompanied by information kiosks at district and village levels across the country. Objective was to cover 200 odd districts with over 2000 internet information kiosks across the country in four year’s time.My role was that of to drive the IT initiative of the company.
