- Manage and create a monthly calendar for State formation days, important events, and festivals; share with the design team for reference.- Manage and post on brand social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and Youtube) and run social media campaigns, especially lead generation campaigns for Master Franchisee acquisition (Facebook, WhatsApp Blast, Email Blast and Instagram lead generation).- Create a monthly report and analyze social media pages and lead generation campaigns run internally.- Update the official website with press releases, annual and quarterly results, and quantitative information as received from particular departments.- Ideate and create artworks for festivals, incentive schemes, new service/product launch with the help of the design team.- Coordinate and manage with internal teams for various marketing activities, including coordinating with the HR Dept for office internal events, festivals, and activities.- Work closely with the IT team for sending out communication emailers to Franchisees and Master Franchisees.- Maintain brand image on social media by converting negative remarks into positive remarks by providing solutions to queries raised on social media.- Perform Online Reputation Management (ORM) on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Communicate with the Franchisee, FRM, Master Franchisee, State Head, and respective departments as per the issue raised on Social Media.- Check and send Marketing Artworks to the master franchisee via mail.- Track fake websites and fake profiles and shut them down with the Legal department.- Manage end-to-end (B2B) Fintech events in which the company frequently participates, such as the World Hindu Economic Forum 2024.- Ideate on marketing collateral based on the event theme.- Cooperate with the HO Team & event team.- Conceptualize branding and other artworks (flyers, pamphlets, digital ads) required at the event.
