Key Responsibilities: Exchange Online✔ Perform high level troubleshooting provide solutions to escalated technical problems for customers.✔ Provide technical assistance to Microsoft Office 365 products over the phone via remote access.✔ Deal with Global/Enterprise Administrators by facilitating the clients in managing public DNS records. ✔ Handle basic troubleshooting issues related to migration: Hybrid Migration, Staged Migration, Cutover migration and IMAP migration. ✔ Execute PowerShell commands to meet the bulk requirement of customers. ✔ Troubleshoot mail flow issues between O365 tenant and third-party mail hosting providers. ✔ Analyze message headers and extended message trace to observe the hops of email and content associated with it. ✔ Resolve Autodiscover issues of the connectivity problem between Outlook client and exchange online. ✔ Create various custom rules to filter inbound and outbound mail flow as per administrator's need. ✔ Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, retrieving deleted data and older data via eDiscovery and content search from security and compliance portal. ✔ Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls. ✔ Ensure system security of servers, databases, clients and clinical applications by maintaining access control lists, developing account creation policies and performing audits.✔ Implement security policies such as advanced threat protection for secure mail flow. ✔ Prepare retention policies and tags to manage the space occupied in mailboxes on the basis of license assigned. ✔ Assess the audit logs, azure audit logs and sign-in logs (Azure) to check any suspicious activity in the organization. ✔ Set up email relay for customers (Direct send, SMTP relay and SMTP client submission). ✔ Administer user (manage user accounts, protocols and license assignment) on admin center and exchange admin center.
