I was a part of an SAP Security project rolling out new security roles, documenting role matrixes, and assist in maintaining or improving SOPs for new authorizations based on departments.Oversee projects relating to SAP enhancements and configurations from BI reports to creating custom transaction codes for Material Management or Production Planning. Occasionally, data analysis skill is applied such as an assignment where I assisted Human Resources compiling HR data from SAP and ADP to ensure data accuracy. I was tasked to prepare a list of signed documents for Data Privacy from said Local Key Users prior to both the UAT and End User Training. After UAT, I supported local end users with Citrix access for SAP Training as we are moving from SalesForce and Quickbooks into SAP S/4 Hana Systems, including SAP C4C. I worked with a team from Germany & HR to schedule a 2 week long training period for both the Tustin and Ft Lauderdale employees.I work closely with WMF employees and Consultants analyzing Master Data for migration from Quickbooks and SalesForce into SAP via LSMW. I analyzed both the Equipment and Supplier/Vendor master data. To do these tasks, I used a service called SmartyStreets to validate addresses and figure out which data needed to be checked, moved to the migration template, remove or edited for clarification before being reuploaded to SmartyStreets for verification. Once the files have been cleansed, I then link the Equipment and Supplier/Vendor file with the Customer file and SAP data given to me by other colleagues, marking some data for clarification and/or removal from the upload file. I started off with 50,000 Equipment data and have since reduced it to 27,000 for upload.Work with IT tasks in Active Directory. I support users via Remote Desktop Access and TeamViewer. Recently, we rolled out installations of local SAP GUI that has direct connection to corporate servers, moving away from Citrix. We also installed Office 365 to get the Tustin/Ft.Lauderdale office on-par with Groupe SEB's standards. I managed user roles and authorizations via PFCG and SUIM to create or modify old roles, sometimes deleting outdated ones. Checked user authorizations to ensure Segregation of Duties in the system. When new users are created, I make sure they are assigned the correct roles and parameters in their SAP account based on function and/or their manager's request.Besides using SAP to administer user activity, Silver Spring is also used. Created new user accounts with approved access by their Functional Analyst, reset passwords, and maintain active and disabled accounts in the system. Both Silver Spring and SAP tickets are collected in Altiris. During the internship, tickets were resolved at a 93% completion rate. Show less
