As a product designer for the driver app, I lead design decisions for engagement features and the driving experience within my supported squads. I collaborate closely with product and engineering managers, UX writers, developers, and UX researchers.• My main responsibilities include identifying strategic product opportunities through user research, facilitating ideation workshops to align design directions, defining content, conducting visual explorations, prototyping, and user testing.• Additionally, I contribute to the documentation and maintenance of FREENOW's Design System. My primary tools of work are Figma for design and Adobe After Effects for motion design explorations.•

• Americanas.com is a leading e-commerce player in Latin America. As a senior visual designer, I was a key member of the branding team for Submarino, one of its brands.• My main responsibilities included leading the design team and managing designers' priorities; creating visual concepts for campaigns; and providing creative direction for sponsored offline events such as music festivals like Rock in Rio and book fairs like the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro Bienal do Livro. I also handled the creation of social media campaigns (including Google Ads, affiliate portals, and major social networks).• Before relocating to Barcelona, I was heavily involved in proposing a new home screen for the e-commerce, working on wireframes and prototypes to be tested, while also beginning the research for the creation of Submarino's rewards program.•

• Reclame Aqui is a Brazilian forum where customers can post complaints against companies regarding customer support, products, and services. In 2011, they acquired Ideia SA, one of the first advertising agencies in Brazil solely dedicated to social media—where I began my career as a designer.• My main duties included designing social media content, creating websites, landing pages, and Facebook apps, as well as video editing and small motion graphics projects.
