Responsible for coordinating, executing and overseeing any assigned projects that would impact the Pfizer Help Center as it pertained to Pfizer US and Pfizer Puerto Rico Sales Force. In this role I had to interact with users and with other Project Managers to make sure that they receive the most updated information to ensure quality of support and timely resolution issues. I assisted in identifying and resolving emerging issues specific to the projects that I was assigned and that would impact the call volume of the Pfizer Help Desk.As a PM assigned to Pfizer Puerto Rico Projects I had the following responsibilities:
 Because I was bilingual I was a liaison between Pfizer Puerto Rico and Pfizer Project Management Group. This required for me to setup an onsite helpdesk at any Pfizer staff meetings where a large number of Field representatives would be gathered.Monitored Projects that affected the Helpdesk by creating call reports. These reports would assist me in identifying trends that were affecting our call center and the Pfizer Puerto Rico Field Force Laptops. When a trend was identified I would be tasked with working on locating a fix that would resolve the trending issue. i.e. outlook, web synchronizations. etc.As a project manager I was involved in many IT projects ranging form the setup of broadband for offices to working with exchange and outlook, to Q and A for laptop images. I basically worked with everything that had to do with the technology for the Pfizer field force.
